Vintage Cellar Review: A blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petite Sirah. Without a doubt, very smooth and uniquely balanced. Not too dry but not too sweet. Has a foundation of raspberry and blackberry that lingers in the finish. A slight hint at vanilla and some spice when it touches your tongue.

My Review:  This was my first smooth red blend and it was the smoothest red wine I’ve had. The black currant aroma came first with a bit of earthiness and tang following. The mid palate of this one was a bit spicy but finished smooth and sweet.

Food: This wine was tasted with no food due to tasting it at the Vintage Cellar.
